This little/big girl is getting ready for her new role of big sister. She has become quite attached to her baby dolls, Molly and Allison. They have started coming with her almost everywhere. She recently got a baby bed for them and bottles that she can feed them. It is adorable, as she changes their diaper and covers them with blankets. This is Baby Marlowe at 7 months, we are measuring right on again with this wee one. The heartrate recently was 142. We will meet this additon to the family August 7th or before. This last doctor visit was really informative as we make the decision to either a planned repeat c-section or see where the path takes us.

Liv is also getting interested in dress up. She has found her basket of tutus in her closet and puts them on regulary-even sometimes having to wear them to daycare :). Her imgination has grown so much as she loves to pretend play. She goe to the gym or work. Her work is being a princess and has a happy birthday in her castle. She makes some awesome coffee!
Her smile for me this morning
Her favorite jammies at this time are a pair of tinker bell jammies from her cousin Avery-which makes them 9 years old. She asks for them nightly. Her opinins are becoming quite strong in what she wants or does not want.

This is my favorite time of the day, when we snuggle, talk, read books together, and say prayers. Some nights it can be exhausting as she demands certain night-time diapers or jammies, or how many books be read-but I know soon enough this will be over. However, it is our time. She is also starting to call me momma instead of mommy.

Her daddy has finished up her playset and they spend a lot of time out there, she loves being outside. They also catch fish together. It is very sweet. Sometimes we are even lucky enough that she will crawl up and snuggle us in our bed and pretend to sleep. This will give us an extra 5-10 min. in the morning.

Sometimes words are not enough.

As we were laying and reading books with Olivia before bed on April 23, Blake finally got to feel baby move. Each time before that, I had him put his hand on my tummy and the baby stopped. Baby seems a little stubborn :) I think baby and Liv will get along just fine or there will be some sibling controversary in our near future.

This girl is just way too sweet, she is full of sass and then some. She will definitely show the ropes to her little brother or sister.
Mothers' Day was wonderfully exhausting. We had my side of the family over for a late breakfast/brunch, Blake served as hostess-everyone brought something to share and it was delicious. I got to have my lemon pancakes that are one of my favorites. Liv got to play with her cousins & second Cousin Eddie as well as get some of her playset set up by Daddy, Grandpa, and Uncle Mike. They got the run of the basement and yard this afternoon. It is always so much fun to see her spending time with them.

This little girl is such an outdoorsy lady and then such a princess. I love that she has a variety of interests.

Being silly

We had toddler Fest at the Dallas County Fairgrounds, she got to pick out free books and pet baby animals. She even got to sit in a sherriff's car and take a picture with princesses. I was surprised she stood with them; she did give each of them a high five too.

These experiences will be awesome memories to remember with her!
