While dad is away, the girls will play!

This past week Blake went on a business trip to India......yep we were on our own for the whole week. To keep ourselves busy we went on walks, played downstairs with other toys, and explored outside. This girl constantly wants to be outside, I'm guessing we will get some great tans this summer.

Don't worry mom I will pick up all the clothes I take out....maybe someday.

Blake was so happy to see his little one enjoying doritos at Grandma and Grandpa's house. She also enjoyed playing at the park across the street, she kept saying "wee" as she was swinging. 

 She is such a sweetie pie.

This was right before she tripped and hit her mouth on the laundry basket, causing her first fat lip. She was loving pushing it around the house.

 Having fun celebrating Sam's 6th birthday at Perfect Games in Ames. Avery shared some of her tokens to let Olivia have some rides, she loved the carousel.

This week Olivia had pictures at daycare-along with another run in with a kiddo. From what they told me, she was scratched and bitten- or the child tried to bite her. The words they used were, she took it like a champ.

Yes, we did survive. I did drop off and pick up this week, only ran around crazy in the morning and sometimes the night a bit.

Yes, we did miss dad. It is so nice to be able to tag team with a little one. We are very grateful for the technology available to keep in touch with Blake while he is away. We were able to skype each night before bed. He even got to help read some books for bedtime. Each night she blew him kisses and touched the computer screen, trying to touch him. 

Yes, we are excited to have him home.

Too Much Fun

 Springbreak has brought a lot of fun this year-trips to the zoo, lunch with dad, dinners and playtime with cousins, and walks to enjoy the nice weather we got to have for a bit.
